Outllook To Do Bar For Mac

Outlook provides a View tab on the order bows to allow you to alter the diary's design. Under View, I have no option for 'To-Do Bar'. Without this, how do I show the To-Do Bar in Outlook 2011 for a Mac? Does anyone out there know how to fix.
